Every referral, commission and payout in one place
Keyway is for companies that sell services through referrers, and for the referrers who bring them customers. Each customer, order, commission line and payout is recorded, so everyone can see where things stand.
There is no public account registration. You need an invitation from your company to get an account.
How it works for referrers
A referrer brings customers to the services a company has published to their workspace.

Accept the terms
The company publishes plans with their terms. You accept the current terms of a plan before you can share or sell it.

Add a customer or share a link
Enter a customer yourself, or share a personal link or QR code. Keyway checks for a customer who is already known and records the customer's consent.

Confirm your payouts
When the company records a payout, you confirm that you received it or report a problem.

Services and commission rules
Set up suppliers, plans, terms and commission rules, then publish them to the workspaces you choose.

Orders and commission lines
Follow each order from submission to install. Commission lines are created from the rule that applied when the order was created.

Reserve and backcharges
Part of a commission can be held as a reserve, and a commission paid for a sale that is cancelled can be recovered. Your own rules say how much and for how long.

Payouts you can show
Mark a payout as paid with its bank reference and date. The payee's answer is kept with it.
Payout transparency
A referrer's earnings page splits their commission into four amounts, and shows a backcharge separately.

Payouts are made by bank transfer outside Keyway. Keyway never holds or moves money.
Keyway does not state or promise what anyone will earn. What a referrer is paid depends on the company's own plans and terms.
Privacy and consent
How customer details are used and shared is set out in the privacy notice.
Keyway sends a message to a customer only when the customer has a current consent for that channel and purpose. The only exceptions are the single request to confirm consent and the single reply to a STOP or HELP message. An opt-out always wins.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to protect its forms: a session cookie and a security token. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Global Privacy Control
Keyway does not honour the Global Privacy Control signal yet. A browser that sends it gets no different treatment.
